My apologies if I am posting in the wrong place.
I have obtained a birth cert for the subject person but he turns out not to be a relative.
He was born in 1917 in Folkestone, father Reginald Stirling Baker and mother Mabel Baker, nee Bradley.
Seems a shame to waste it so I'll send it on to anyone who wants it and does not mind letting me have their postal address via this site.
