I wonder why her second name was omitted from the death registration? Seems odd..............

Many thanks for your reply.
All info correct apart from the one re Joyce, she was married before Edgar, her maiden name was BAVERSTOCK.
Oh well i will have to wait to get info, i have found Joyce did have a death notice, will dig a little more re Edgar. !!!!

The only birth for Joyce V Holden was in 1933....in Finsbury district

Or have I made a wrong assumption?

Hi,

I spoke to someone in the Rotherham Library, with the hope of trying to locate a death write up for two people, but the area i need is not available until Sept, they have moved.
I have tried looking to see if i can locate the info online, but can;t find that paper.
Any advice please !!!!! do i have to wait ??? !!!!!!!!
The people are Edgar MATHER death Sept 1966 - funeral was 28th.
Joyce Violet MATHER death 19th Sept 1980 i think.
The deaths will be in The South Yorkshire Times.
