Assuming his parents were British................look at overseas births on FMP

Seems strange that Abraham is the only child born abroad.
This looks like Sarah with her father from 1871. Maybe Thomas went to the US intending to bring his family later, but something didn't work out. Incoming passenger lists only start 1878, so of no help. Doesn't explain Abrahams birth though.

She is listed as married but noticeably, her husband is not on the census.

Have located 1 man called Thomas Collier in Ohio who was English born circa 1846. He lives with a Pennsylvanian born Alice Collier, but as I can identify both of them on subsequent returns he cannot be Sarah's missing husband.

Sarah must have been back in England by 1875.........unless she didn't actually go, and Abraham wasn't her child

I think Andrew's looks likely.
Most US townships are 6m x 6m blocks of land - maybe less width here as Coitsville's up against the OH-PA state line. It's due E of Youngstown OH.
