I am looking for the above person and this is all I know about him.
He was born in 1918 in Glasgow Scotland the illigitimate son of May Mitchell
but brought up by his grandparents Alexandra Mitchell (McComiskey) and John Mitchell as their son.

They emmigrated to U.S.A in 1923 on the Megantic. May married Gilbert Pybus
in 1924 and I heard that Alec as adopted by him (Not sure).

Alec married 3 times and was a boxer. He was murdered in the desert on his way to Las vegas before 1976.

The Pybus family lived in new jersey

I would be very grateful if anyone can give me any information about him
wives, family boxing career and death if possible

Thank you very much to everyone who looks at this

Hi Elizabeth,

I just googled Alexander's name and see that you also requested help in 2010 on the same subject.

I noticed your tree on Ancestry. Have you contacted the other tree owners who have Mae in their trees? or have they just copied your tree.

If Alexander was a boxer have you thought about contacting the American boxing association to see if they could help you?

Had a quick look at the 1940 census but can't seem to locate the family. Unfortunately New Jersey hasn't been transcribe as yet.
