Hi Ellen seems to have disappeared after 1871

Ellen Seddon b: 1856 Poss Westhoughton bapt: 08/06/1856 Deane, Bolton, Lancashire.
Deane parish Church was used by the residents of Westhoughton.

Ellen was the daughter of Matthew Seddon b: 1822 Over Hulton, Lancashire and Sarah Bradley b:1831.

The 1871 Census Ellen was 15yrs living with Parents but cant find her in the 1881 Census

Ellens mother Sarah Bradley was born in 1831 so would have been around 50yrs of age at time of 1881 Census

for ref - your Ellen was born 1855 - the 1856 has different parents

Yes that is the correct Family but no Ellen shown. Ellen may well be working as a servant somewhere else or possibly has died

the Ellen Seddon who married Joseph Andrews is shown in 1881 with mother Lydia Seddon so the marriage to James Calderbank shown by Astra in 1881 looks likely

Why are you not considering that she married. She is equally as likely to have married than died.
