I've looked up a Japanese POW at the National Archives. They may have completed POW questionnaires at the end of the War which should give some detail. Also there are a series of Index cards for prisoners of the Japanese. None of this is online though - you'd have to go there or get someone to go for you.

Can anyone help me to find records of Japanese POWs.
My late uncle Stanley Victor Neal and a cousin were both taken at the fall of Singapore.
Are any records available?
Many thanks for all your help past and present Pam
