Hi,
I am trying to trace the parents of Joseph Sturman born abt 1821 Northampton. He married Eliza Vears Oct 1851. They had 5 children George, Emma, Eliza, Charlotte and Lucy between 1853 and 1866.
I have the census details on him for 1861,71,81,91 and 1901, but am stuck with finding his parents.
Any help or suggestions, hopefully from someone also searching this family would be very welcome.

had come across the earls barton link before and have found on FreeReg Search some info as an illegitimate child to lucy sturman. Will probably be unlikely that i'll find his father without his marrige certificate, if it is included.
