I am looking for the military record of George William Hoggan born 9 November 1875 Laswade,Midlothian Scotland and died 4 June 1955 Brandon,Manitoba,Canada.
Details,
1881 census staying at 5 Polton St,Bonnyrigg,Midlothian,Scotland
1891 census 7 Polton St,Bonnyrigg
1901 census 7 Polton St
Married 29 January 1908 to Jessie Patterson Scott born 1884 Selkirk-1941
Brandon,Manitoba,Canada.
In WW1 he was in the Anson Battalion he was station in Aldershot and, Chatham but no nothing elso of his war record so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated, I think the Anson brigade was Military and Navy combined not sure if he seen active service.
