yes I have thanks Lynski - in fact I submitted the will of Robert Sutcliffe but have not checked recently if any more have been added. there are just so many Sutcliffe families in the area.

I think that proves that it is not the right one as as far as I can work out the family were all from the Yorkshire side of Todmorden so he would noy be listed as born in Lancs on the 1841

In his brothers will he is said to be living in Oldroyd. His brother died in 1862 but I do not have available at the moment what date the will was made. I also suspect he was a farmer but could be very wrong there
