Patricia Hogben is my 1st cousin once removed she was born in 1935 so could conceivably still be alive. Until recently I thought my grandfather Frederick Frank Wilmshurst was an only child but with help from different sources I found out that in fact he had two sisters both unfortunately died in childhood the youngest Mercy aged 2 years after her mother died giving birth to her. My Great Grandfather remarried Anne Spalding and from the 1911 census I found that they had a daughter Winifred Agnes she married a Henry Smith and they had a daughter Patricia she married John Alfred Hogben on the 7 Dec 1962, Patricia was a good bit younger than John and I have not been able to find out so far if they had any children. John died in 1994. If anyone out there have any information I would appreciate a reply. Thank you in anticipation. Regards Mavis |
