Hello Ian, do the names of any of the marriage witnesses look like they could be relatives of hers?

It's quite possible that she may have been born abroad if her father was a soldier.

She is believed to be as born in London abt 1903 When she married Jan 1928 in the New Windsor area she married a James A G Oxberry I have a copy of this cert she was living in New Windsor father given as Joseph McMahon deceased Soldier Irtish ? no sign of them on the 1911 census as yet
No middle name on this cert
