And the 1901 also has it as Winnifred. It would be interesting to see where the transcription error began or if it goes back as far as the entry on the birth cert.

Try inputting the name of the school on a Google.

My old school is long gone but shows up with a site for old pupils to look for friends or talk about the teachers, the building, etc.

Winifred was a Headmistress at a school in Tunbridge Wells area. I believe it is now closed down.
Has anyone any knowledge of Winifred or photo - any information would be appreciated on my late father's cousin.
