Find Ancestors

I am currently looking for any records pertaining to William Farr b 1819 d 1892 Strood, kent who married Catherine Butler b 1826 d 1902 Strood, kent, married 22/9/1850 in Northfleet, Kent.
I am trying to trace the ancestors of both these relatives I believe Williams father was John and his mother was Mary Ann Knight, the father of Catherine is only registered on the wedding list as his surname Hills.
Can anyone shed any more light for me.
