If you have the marriage cert, what is her father's name and I'll try to find her via the census searching for him? I don't even think I have been able to find the correct family.J

I have tried to find her birth reg on FreeBMD in the hope of tying her birth down but I couldn't find it.

There are also far too many Mary Moores in the death index given that we don't know exactly where she died.

I think you need more info. Do you have the death cert which might just give you an informant whose name could be useful?

I am trying to find when My Great Aunt died, Mary married Charles Thompson McMaster Moore at Saint Catherines Church on the 27th Jan 1918 in Tranmere, Birkenhead, and lived near Tranmere Rovers Football Club Marys age on the Marriage Cert. was 24 years (I assume she was born in 1894) The last trace of Mary I have is when her Husband Charles Thompson McMaster Moore died on the 20th April 1956, at The Blossoms (this may have been a nursing home) in MEIFOD in the District of LLANFYLLIN, Montgomery North Wales, Mary before being Married lived in Rock Ferry Birkenhead, but may have been born in the Llanfyllin area, after Charles death she may have moved back to the Birkenhead area. Please can anybody help Thanks Alan
