I purchased the CD for the local cemetery and also surname index of churchyard burials for surrounding area but cant find some of them. |

It would depend on when and where the death/burial was, |

I would say you would have to look through parish register, especially for older ones, people used to more likely be buried than cremated. Local councils may have records of burials. |
