hi i'm trying to find some information about my gt gt gt grandad his name is james hughes he was born around 1840 in manchester i know he married someone called ann her surname could be mcgrath and as far as i know they had 5 children maybe more wondered if anyone could find out whose jame's parents are ive used all my credits looking and found nothing please help me linda |

Getting the marriage certificate will give you James' fathers name and occupation. Have been looking on the 1851 census...nothing stands out. |
