This is the Benjamin who married Mary Holden I would say, as he is visiting the Holden family. I would say there is a pretty strong chance he is your Benjamin. Who is his son?:

Hello, everyone. I am researching this family, but having difficulty finding information about his marriage, to Mary, possibly Hardman.
I think he was born in Cheshire and know he was a coal merchant there and that his son, also a coal merchant, was b. 1820 in Manchester and later lived in Chester.
I have found details about a Benjamin Lyons with an "s" who was also in Chester, but a cement manufacturer, and I do not think he is the same person, because he mentions no children in his Will.
Anyone have any advice, or clues?
