Find Ancestors

I have searched every where for three Riddet[ t] brothers, I know it is asking a lot, please can you help,
Henry John born 1828, Carisbrooke, IOW, Hants. he is at home in 1841 census as John, cant find him in later census or a death
William Matthew born 1829, & Robert George born 1834, both at Carisbrooke, IOW, Hants. & at home in 1841 & 1851

I see in Criminal Registers Immigration & Emigration Books there are two entry’s for Robert George Riddett “Residence: 22 Jul 1846 & 15 Jul 1852 - Hampshire,”
And Australia, Assisted Immigrant Passenger Robert Riddett?
I did find a John in GR 1851 census index Ridditt John 1828 Isle Of Wight Winchester, Winchester. there was a prison there. I have also tried to find them in overseas census with no luck.

The father was William, the 1841 census is the right family, the John you found who got 7 years may have been an uncle, thank you for the 1851 census for John, so he was working! they sound like a bad lot. but from reports I found in newspaper, the crimes were” playing pitch & toss in high street, stealing a stray chicken with other boys, & a William stole lead from the church, so the boys weren’t transported!

Thank you Sylvia & Chris Ho,
I have most of the info on the family on the Isle Of Wight, it is just the three boys I cant find for sure after 1851 there were several Williams about but not the right birth place or age give or take a year or so they may have emigrated, I have searched with no luck, I do not have a sub to any sites .
