not picking em up on the 1911 ! :-(

I found John Hitchen in the 1911 census living with somone else as a boarder, it said married but Catherine wasn't with him again.

if you know where John was born there are not too many birth regs on freebmd

if you order a certificate stating fathers name of Joseph your money will be returned if the ref you ordered does not match

this is the only one I can see in Liverpool, but it is slightly early, though people were often not sure exactly when they were born

I think the West Derby birth reg on p1 is the wrong one. She says born Liverpool so more likely to be this one - & therefore definitely Mary Eleanor
