I will appreciate any help in identifying his parents and grandparents

Also what, if any, is his connection to the Borretts of Fressingfield:
Jemima Borrett (born 1827) and her sister Mary Borrett (born 1821) of Fressingfield married brothers Isaac Watts (born 1831) and William Watts (born 1824) respectively. Their sister Mary Watts (born 1827) married Francis Fox (born 1827), who had a sister Mary Ann Fox (born 1825), the wife of Isaac Borrett. So it would be interesting to see if there is a connection between Isaac and Jemima and Mary.
