For the South African marriage certificate you need to apply via the consulate/high commission in your country.

There is a Major Malcolm Arthur EMERY who received an MBE; he was in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps. Prior to this he was commissioned to the Indian Army. He was given the award because of his involvement in the Stoborough School anti-tank rocket disposal in1967.

He was born in 1922. May be a brother of Ainslie? He died in 2002 in Surrey. The info confirms he is the one who married Margaret NEWTON.
