Yes, Ann, we realise that but which Stephen is the one with the daughter Elizabeth? As Richard's son Stephen was living with his mother in 1851, then it would appear to be James's son. Stephen and Sarah Atkinson's marriage cert would confirm it. |

Yes, The Stephen married to Sarah in the 1851 has a sister Ann with them, who may well be the Ann with James and Ann in 1841. |

If your Stephen is the son of Richard and Jane then it isn't him in the 1851 etc married to Sarah as Stephen s/o Richard appears to be at home with mother Jane in 1851 |
