	I would say Thomas's age looks more like 58 on the 1911 image.

	Sarah is with Thomas Purcell in 1901...........she went on to have 3 more children by 1911 so perhaps Thomas is the Father? 	Send off for a couple of the certs of births. Arthur was one of twins according to the image fo the 1911 Andy supplied. And Rosie was also born Canning Town

	This one? Name: Rose Lilian Briggs Birth: Jan 1907 - West Ham, Essex, Greater London but I can't find her on the census. Where did you get her YOB from? Essex isn't yet covered by Ancestry. Perhaps somebody could look on a different site.
