I wonder why her death was registered in her maiden name as well as her married name? |

Just been looking at his death record and he died in Lancashire so they could well have divorced |

If she did marry Benjamin Brierley Parkinson, then he died in Manchester, so maybe they did divorce? |

I am amazed at this flood of information..thank you all so much. Some of the information about Maud and Mabel I have but the possibility that Maud married never occurred to me (or her granddaughter with whom I am in touch). There was no reference to, or mention of a husband in family recollections. Maud and Benjamin were both in Salford in 1911 George Ebury, however, of whom I have lots of info, was involved with Maud. I will try and find out if there was a divorce. |
