I am amazed at this flood of information..thank you all so much. Some of the information about Maud and Mabel I have but the possibility that Maud married never occurred to me (or her granddaughter with whom I am in touch). There was no reference to, or mention of a husband in family recollections. Maud and Benjamin were both in Salford in 1911 George Ebury, however, of whom I have lots of info, was involved with Maud. I will try and find out if there was a divorce.
