If you have an Isle of Man address, could they have been born there?

The site says that the births after 1901 can be 'browsed' although you would have to purchase the certificate (using the reference you found) for full details.

I am trying to find out where my aunt Margaret willmotte alice patricia coogan and Charles Lawrence Alexander coogan were born.I have an address in Douglas Isle of Man My aunt was born in 1914 and my dad in 1916. He was a twin I was always told,but his twin died.I really hope you can help me. Thanks
