Morning everyone, Thank you all for all your help in looking for Ada and her children.
I now have the marriage cert.
Walter Sidney Heavens: Widow: aged 60yrs: Eastgate Lodge, Eastgate Street, Lewes, Sussex. Father: Charles Heavens (deceased)

Ada May Millar: Widow: 40yrs: Gateway House, East Street, Lewes, Sussex.
Father : George Muskett (deceased) Master Mariner.

They married at Westgate Meeting. Lewes.
Ada was born in Newhaven, Sussex, she went to Canada and married a Canadian named Stanley Cashia Miller, she had both of her children in Ontario, Canada, she became a widow and came back to the UK in September 1931 departing from Quebec, Montreal, docking at London via Plymouth. Charles and Martha, (Charlie and Mollie) as they were known to family were aged 4yrs and 3.1/2 months. I cannot look anything up in Canada as I only have UK Ancestry, but at least for now I know what and where things happened.

Rootgatherer, I don't think that is the Ada I am looking for either. I will await Walter and Adas marriage cert and see what comes from that.

I think you may be right, I know Walter only had one daughter called Jessie as above, and its her daughter that gave me the info on Charlie, Mollie and there mother Ada
I think perhaps the V Dabronz may be Mollie's husband as I have never heard that name associated with the Heavens family before.

The informant as a SIL was married to one of grandads daughters

I think you need the marriage cert info otherwise its all a stab in the dark .

You need her marital status and age at marriage and her dads name

There doesnt seem to be any births Heavens/Miller so maybe she was a widow .

Oh Shirley, I think you may have found out something, It is now making sense!

One of Walters children to his first wife was my parent, I am not a blood relative of Ada,

My cousin who has the info on Charlie and Mollie Millere was herself born in 1932, she says they were a about 4 years older then her, but looking at your info you have found I am now wondering if they were Adas siblings rather than her children?

Walters death cert was registered by his son in law V Debronz I have no idea who he is.
I was expecting it to be registered by Ada

One of their children was your parent . have you looked for their birth cert?
