Anything more about him MarieCeleste! I'd like to know his address at the time he signed up, when he signed up, what medals he qualified for (i.e. was he there for the 1914 or 1915 star), etc. |

He was discharged after less than a year on medical grounds (shortness of breath upon exertion). |

I have since disocvered he was in the Royal Welsh Fusilliers and his rgiment number was 4655. Any further records anyone can find for him using this information would be greatly appreciated! |

Does the Royal Welsh Fusiliers take men from where the name would suggest? I can see that this man was a Pte and therefore likely to be him. |

I didn't realise all regiments served as stretcher bearers, thank you for that. I believe he was born in north wales around 1895. He survived. |
