Afraid you're on the wrong board,Jacki. If you read at the top of the board this is what it says:
SuggestionsThis board is for you to add your suggestions for changes you would like to see made to Genes Reunited.

It was not unusual for siblings to be seperated when they were put into institutions. It might just have been a case of what was available at the time.
I can't see Frank Miller in the 1911 census....so maybe the reason they were put into care was the fact that he also died between 1901 and 1911???
Having said that, as he was born in Russia.........i doubt his name was originally Frank Miller.

hello Pricklyholly,
frank ended up in glasgow with my gran ellen and mary (daughter) he went into st josephs home for the poor . run by the Little sisters of the poor Garngad? glasgow scotland
I have his death cert and gives his name as frank miller but i know he changed it at sum point from wait for it............ MYNCYINSKUS or similar. it also give his parents names in russian/polish.
The cen u show is the same as i have, and noticed mother isnt there?, can you say what adress it was.. i can google it if you can?seems alot of people in one place. Mary the mother.i thnk she may have passed giving birth or maybe just after.can you say what adress it was i can google it if you can?
seeems there have been 2 miller families with the same names but the children are different.but also both Franks were tailor's i know mine was and a journeyman.
anyway i did email the poor home and they clarified that frank was there and died there. and indeed changed his name. i am going to email again to see if they have other records or info ..... thanx for helping me, if you can find anything else id be greatful. cheers jacki b jacki b :-D
