Trying to find the following in the 1901 Census.
Charles Harsant (b.1868 ) in Clapton, his wife Mary Jane Harsant (b. 1867) Hackney and duaghter Jessie (b.1890 ) Hackney.
Other siblings are May? (b.1893?, and Charles 1898.
1901 census family in Limehouse and 1911 London fields in Hackney.

also, looks liek Jessie married a Thomas Starling in 1915, but may have married (as a Starling) a Henry Johnson in 1917. Cant find death of Thomas (dont know dob) or more importantly Jessie.

Have you considered the death age 51 of Jessie Starling in Colchester in 1941? It fits fairly well with the following birth registration:

Florence J Starling Apr-May-Jun 1916 Colchester Essex, Suffolk
Mother's maiden name Harsant

Not finding anything for 1901.

They had 7 children 1 died.
Charles born 1895 died 1895.

Sarah Ann baptised 26/2/1892 married James G farrington 1911.

Mary Ann 1893 married William Herbert Parsons 30/8/1915 one witness was Sarah Ann Farrington.

I can;t find Robert Harsant/Anderson 1911.

Edith May born late 1901/2 in west ham so they must have been somewhere in the area,but where!!!!!!!!!!

Have Robert in 55 Holmbrook Steet with wife Sarah in 1911 and Grange road, West Ham in 1901.
