Mgnv, I have a strong idea that Henry was the illegitimate child of Hester or Esther b.1846. Sylvia in Canada, I would love to think that John was married to Sarah Payne as I have a tree for her. AofGG I also have a Tytherington tree so I will look at that. Thanks everyone again for your help.

Just recently, Astra, Andrew, and Potty all three of you were extremely helpful in helping me find the family of John Trotman b.1794 in Bisley, Gloucestershire and his wife Sarah b.1798 who I now believe to be a Sarah Payne. and their family.

What I am trying to find now is if John had any siblings, I have tried Family Search without success. Has you any idea's as to how I may be able to find this out.

Once again many thanks to everyone who has helped me finding Henry E Trotman. One interesting fact that I have on one of Henry's son's who was Edward born 1881, he went on to become the chauffeur to the 5th Earl of Carnarvon at Highclere Castle, Newbury.

Potty I have not got any certificates yet as I thought that I would get all I need from the census, but until GR tells me how to access my credits that will have to wait probably tomorrow.

I have been searching on the IGI looking for Henry E Trotman b.1846 in Minchinhampton (Chalford) Gloucestershire without any luck, he also had a son Frank Trotman b.1883, sometime in the 1880's they moved to Swarraton Hants. Can anyone help please.

I could look on the census but GR have credited me with 30 credits and if I knew how to access them I would pull up the census sheet.
