sorry saw that after i had posted, caroline married benjamin poole not preston suppose they could have got married after anna's birth as mary only died in 1838 although hiscock doesn't sound much like haselgrove. |

I don't know i just thought her name was martha because she was the informant on carolines death cert but if mary was her mother then martha would be her stepmother. caroline died in 1861. |

thanks susan, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF POSSIBLE WHERE AND WHEN JAMES AND MARTHA GOT MARRIED (sorry about the caps) their eldest daughter caroline was born in 1823 so suppose it was somewhere around that time thanks again |
