I need a little help please...

I'm trying to find any info on the peppett/peppet family of Amersham, Buckinghamshire. One of my relatives Unity Peppett, (b. 06 Jan 1812 - Amersham) was listed as the daughter of Joseph peppett (b.1791) and Elizabeth Stratford (b.1791).

She supposedly had 4 siblings: Joseph peppett jnr. (b.1814), Sophia peppett (b.1816), Arriatt peppett (b.1817) and Peter peppett (b.1828)
I cannot find what happened to Sophia, Arriatt and Peter. Peter seems to have disappeared after the 1851 census...

All the peppett males seemed to be journeyman or chairmakers that lived supposedly by the canal, when they moved to High Wycombe. Also, Unity's Father, Joseph, had a mother and father called thomas and ann.

I was quite interested in the daughter of joseph, Sophia. I cannot find her anywhere apart from her birth date. Maybe she Changed her name? or moved out of the country? I'm not 100% sure, but i think they may have family in America, Austrailia or Canada?

Seems like Harriet got married and was living with her father in the same house, with her children, until he died. Most of the family seemed quite hard to track down. They obviously didn't want to be found!

There is a Unity Coles of the right age.

I can't see Peter at the moment after the 1851 census...
