Who were the witnesses on the marriage cert ? ( sometimes related)

As none of the likely births turn out to be right, she may have been born with a different surname and mother married afterwards.
It's not uncommon for someone to take on a stepfather's name

Would like some help please, finding birth of
emily cooper b 1855 liverpool
her father was thomas cooper, labourer,
dont know mother's name
she was age 23 whem married in 1878
i have 2 birth certs 1854 8b 153 & 1855 8b163 neither match
would be most gratefull for any help/advice given.
