Hi Annette, Sorry was not on here last night. They were cruel places that children were in then.
Did you get the address of a support group i will P.M. it to you anyway.
You might (if you choose) get the name and address of his parents from them. You will probably need to go through the Freedom of Imformation Act.

Thanks Clover. I have not got the address of the support group so would appreciate you sending it to me.

I followed up Joy's helpful suggestion but after spending a fortune did not get anywhere unfortunately.

Unfortunately Waterford's marriages and deaths are not on that site. Very frustrating. Thanks you again. Annette

I am still searching for this family on the 1911 census Ireland but they seem to have disappeared into thin air.

If they were still in Ireland which I am almost sure they were, when the 1911 census was taken was it possible that they did not fill in the necessary forms and therefore would not show up.
