Hi Ann of Green Gables... Sorry about the email response... I thought it was a joke at first...

I am looking for a list of Watts that came over to the US in 1810-1820 I guess.

My Theory is that he came during the war, and was captured Prisoner, and then became a US citizen. So I am looking for Watts that where born around 1790-1800 because he gave birth to a son Silas my GGGGG Grandfather in 1825.

I know my information is vage... But Its a big hole in our family history. I know that Silas noted in his journals that his father came from Ireland, but doesn't say a name. I am assuming it would be William as that is the First name of his Oldest son. and in those days you usually name the first born the name of the father.

And when I look in history there is 1 William Watts that was a boy on a ship the HMS Ensling.

like I said what I have is theories but I am looking for a family tree that is missing a dependent during that time line to see if it matches with mine that I included.
