I always use the free Mormon LDS site which is where I found the info that I posted on your other thread - I donlt subscribe to any sites other than this one but I never use their records - have you taken a look at the LDS site? It's really good, easy to use and fun to use - give it a go, see what yu think :-)

yes I do have quite a bit back to 1550, the main blood line, alot of which came from someone elses tree, so not sure if it correct. The info I have asked for on this thread are for the decendents of more recent stems of the family that I am looking for, not that it should matter,.

I never ask for any info or help unless I have looked for myself first. Misspellings of names and such don't help either. Some of you on here have subscriptions to multiple sites where more info is available, which I have not..

well there are two postings on the front page - one by GR - "Please read before posting" and another "Please do not post more than once on the same family/person"

Ann - the other postings i have put on have none of the info i require, and 'm sorry but i wasn't aware of not being able to post more than once about different people in the same family. That just makes it more confusing!
