	If they married pre 1837 there won't be a marriage certificate. Andy

Joseph Norbury born c 1806 who married Penelope b 1811, they were living in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, but don't think that is where they married. Could possibly be Derbyshire/Chesterfield. Census records show that they were married in the 1851 and 1861, 1841 doesn't say. I'm trying to find out what Penelope's maiden name was so that I can request a marriage certificate. Thank you
