I don't really know why its responding as it does because I have just tried it 3 times and got straight through to the tree
I think you'll just have to wait for a reply from the site contact people

Do you have another e-mail address in your family? perhaps you could become a member again in a different e-mail address and see how that performs

Thanks Barry, I'll try that. I've received an email back from them asking for the URLs etc which I've sent them. I've just tried it again and still get the same problem.
Will see what happens and let you know.
