My grandmother Olive Rostern was adopted in 1920 by Jim (Cocky) Rostern and Martha Rostern in Cumbria, I am trying to trace back the Rostern family tree, I have no Idea what Martha's maiden name was either, I hope somebody can help me. Olives date of birth is 20th May 1920. Thank you.

There's a death for a Martha Rostern in 1975 that says she was born in 1892. Not seeing a matching birth so it could be she was married before.
