	I'm looking for the birth of William Wemyss Dobson c. 1858 He lived in Dundee, Scotland most of his life and emigrated to Australia in the early 1900's with his family. However, I can't find his birth record anywhere. According to the 1901 census he was born in Leven, Fife but on earlier census it states he was born in kirkcaldy, Fife. He was also Deaf and Dumb. I can't find him on the 1861 census right after his birth. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Denise
