Things just got a lot easier for me as the 1911 census show Annie Andrews
as sister-in-law staying with my great-grandfather, Richards brother.

Hi all
Thank you all so much for taking the time to reply, I had no idea it would be so quick and will in future pay more attention to any threads I may post.
It would appear that some oft he info I have gathered may have been erroneous in part, mainly due the the fact that my mother knew his wife as Aunt Duff, and had met Archie on one occasion.

However, if his military records show him as marrying Anna Bone, 21 March 1910, Alton and a child Roy Westbrook Richard Andrews born 28 sep. 1911, this does seem to make more sense, given that his mother was Eliza Westbrook and his brother was Frank William Westbrook Andrews who married Emily Bone (presumable Annie's sister), as their parents are one of the same.

I shall deliberate on the matter and correct my tree accordingly, so as not to confused contacts who may require the same info, also to take more care and correct those from whom I have gathered info.

Have pm'd Michael to return to thread so this will bump it up.

There are numerous trees on Ancestry that have Richard TMA marrying Mary Anne Duff and having child Charles c1910.

Not one of them have any sources for this information. Most likely, someone has erroneous info and everyone else has followed suit.

Unless there's another person with the same 4 names, his military records show him as marrying Anna Bone, 21 March 1910, Alton and a child Roy Westbrook Richard Andrews born 28 sep. 1911.
