familysearch.org has some baptisms from the early 1700's, do not know if they are from St Mary's though.

If no luck with familysearch.org, Find My Past Parish Records Collection seem to have some Doddington, Cambridgeshire.

I'm looking for Cardingwell Grey born c1707
I tried the Hugh Wallis batches and it doesn't seem to be working.
I can't see him on the IGI.

I'll keep digging but appreciate the input

I know it 's some time since you posted this thead but I am researching mu partner's maternal line and Cardingwell Grey was his 7th great grandfather. The ancestry.co.uk records have him as originating from Cambridge Massachuseets but I have not been able to trace any records on the US sites. Do you know for sure that he was born in an English Parish?. His forename is very unusual,
