hiya i was wonderin if any1 can help me my grandma was called jane westworth n married my grandad luke wolstenhulme they ad 6 children i think 1 of which was my dad jack wolstenhulme born 1945 any information wud b much grateful thanks

What were the names of the other children? As well as the Thomas Rose has found, there is also a Mary, b1945 with the same MMN and 5 (including Jack,1942) with MMN Westwood.

my dads mum was jane wolstenhulme was westworth and my dads dad was called luke wolstenhulme and am tryin 2 fid out how 2 find there parents as i am new 2this and dont av a clue

first you need to make sure you have the right info...it seems odd that you have Westworth and Westwood showing for different children. You should probably get your father's birth certificate to be certain of his mum's proper name.

Luke appears to be born in 1902 so the 1911 census should show him with parents,

you might also find this is the Luke age 50 on the 1911... spellings of names can vary.
