Crosby reg district covered Waterloo

I think so

Waterloo was included in the urban district of Waterloo with Seaforth, and subsequently became part of the municipal borough of Crosby in 1937. On 1 April 1974 the Municipal Borough of Crosby became part of the newly created Metropolitan Borough of Sefton.

Her birth was registered in the first qtr of 1895 Unless you have her actual birth date it may be that her birth was reg in the early part of Jan 1895 for a birth that took place from late NOV 1894. You have 6 weeks to reg a birth.
For instance my dad was born in Dec 1907 .Mums then were usually confined for three weeks and his Mum registered him in the last week of Jan 1908 so his birth reg isin March qtr 1908 but he was born in Dec 1907

I don't think this is the right one. My Agnes Deane was born in 1/4 1895 in Toxteth Park While it is always possible to be our one the year of her birth I know that she was born in the 1/4 of 1965. That would mean two errors. Although always possible.

Do you know if Crosby is the right district for Waterloo to be in. Sorry to ask that, I live in Australia so not completely aware of the districts.

Yes Ladies you are quite right these are her parents in 1911 but she is not with them. She would have been aged about 17years and I understand that she entered the convent at about 14 years (maybe) This explains why she is not with her parents in 1911.

I would like to find her in 1911 and her death about 1972

Hello,

Can anyone help. I am trying to find Agnes Deane was born in Liverpool 1895 daughter of Agnes Ann Devers and Michael Deane. I have found her with her parents in the 1901 British Census aged 7yrs. She entered a Religious Convent where she was known as Sister Mary Bernadette. She lived and worked at the Park House Nursing Home Haigh Road, Waterloo Liverpool Eng.

I would like to confirm her on the 1911 Census and find her death record which I estimate to be around 1972.
