I have been trying ot find out about my grandfather, James J (beleived to be John) Vincent. He was born on 25th August 1897 and married on 11th July 1931 to Elsie Selina May Barnes. These detsails came from my late grandmother.
This is all this information I have. I do not know where he was born and can find no trace on either the 1901 census nor the 1911 census. I can not find find a birth on BMD either! I am at a loss.
Can anyone help or suggest where else I can look?
Yours in anticipation
Jacqui
