Just found out from a rellie that Henry Hayward was known as Harry and his parents were indeed George & Helen also down as Ellen in some Census.

now I have just found this Albert E T Hayward b 1881 also in the Royal Navy in 1901 living with a DOREY family as a nephew ...could this be his brother ?

That obviously the son of Henry & Mary Dorey that I found the marriage of.I was just thinking that perhaps the Navy for the two brothers ?

Oh dear I'm getting carried away now.......Think I'll sit and absorb all that has been done for me tonight .

Yes that his birth K Fareham Hants he never did get married but had children later in the 1900's

I really want to establish his parents.

I did find a Marriage maybe his parents....Henry J Hayward & Mary Dovey or Dorey !! 1880 Fareham Hants ......sounds good .

Edit.... He died 1936 Bournemouth
