I have looked at all the George Harvey's born 1891, +/- 1 year, birthplace of London and there is no Joseph with them.

How old is the Joseph you are looking for?

As from earlier posts in this thread (which was originally about Joseph!) he was supposedly born 1893 in Chelmsford Essex but can find no trace of him. I am going by his WWI & WWII enlistments. This matches his age at death. Address of his brother George matches that on electoral rolls (a farm in Mount Barker, where George died 1971 aged 81).

All very confusing!!!

You mention in your original thread that you have his marriage details. Is there a father's name shown on his marriage certificate?

Cherilyn,

Joseph in WW1, Service No: 15111, N.O.K. is brother George, if you go to page 5, you will see that his parents are deceased, and that he was rejected for service in Adelaide due to defective sight.

Probably arrived in Adelaide, Kerri will know!!

Thanks Mel, will give it a try. :)

Lynne, I don't have the certificate. Might have to resort to it I think, WA certs are so pricey :(
