Find Ancestors

I've found a record for an individual in the ulster covenant which was signed in Coatbridge but the individual's address in in Londonderry. What does this mean, was he living in Coatbridge at the time or Londonderry....I've searched the 1911 Irish census - no results - but nothing to go on for Scotland re the census.......

The person's name is Mungall, a very Scottish name and it's not popular name in Ireland....

This is great, thanks to everyone who helped.....I think he must have come from Coatbridge in Scotland and married a lass in Londonderry. The census would have been taken in April and he couldn't have been in Londonderry then, he may have been in Scotland, I'll have to wait unitl next month to find out..........
