As the only electoral register taken in 1918 in Birmingham was the "Absent Voters" register I presume that the Edward Partington was probably involved in WW1 in some aspect. |

Cannot find marriage, birth or death certs for either of my mother's parents. Only have birth certs of 2 children around 1918 in Birmingham. |
