What information have you found that links him to Coleford?

Have you found him in any census? If so can you post the relevant details.

What is the information that locates him in 1891. Census, Marriage , child's birth cert?

Is there anyone who can help me trace William's parent's. He was born in 1869 in Coleford Gloucestershire. i have got as far as 1891 but cant get any farther.
